摘要 为了快速鉴定针对给定齿轮所设计或选择的滚刀是否能够精确地加工出给定的齿轮廓形,通过选用常用滚刀的齿廓设计,结合基于啮合原理的共轭齿廓计算方法,推导出对应齿轮的齿廓参数方程,应用VB编程技术和AutoCAD的二次开发技术,研发了一套齿轮滚刀鉴定系统软件,可以计算出齿轮渐开线起始圆、终止圆直径等关键参数,并生成CAD齿轮端面齿廓.通过选择实际加工中的一把滚刀,由鉴定系统根据相关参数所获得齿轮廓形的鉴定计算结果和该滚刀加工所得齿轮的廓形实测结果进行比较,综合各组数据并结合图像分析,表明齿轮滚刀鉴定系统具有较高精确性和生产实用性. In order to identify the accuracy of hob design and selection quickly, a set of software of gear hob identification system which can retrieve the important parameters of gear such as diameters of involute beginning and ending circle and create the contrite profile in AutoCAD is developed by the profile design of common hob and conjugate profiles calculated which based on the principle of gear, and get the profile parameter equation of gear, with using the technology of VB and secondary development of AutoCAD. By taking a group of identification system data of the gear profile based on input parameters which comes from an actual hob to compare with the actual-measured data of gear and combining the picture analysis. The result shows that the system has high accuracy and production practicality.
