摘要
为了进一步减小弹射系统的体积和重量,提出一种新型的气液缸混合动力弹射系统.系统采用气液混合式液压缸和蓄能器互联的紧凑结构,在满足系统要求的前提下,可以减小液压缸的外形尺寸,并且可以缩短蓄能器的行程,从而降低了系统的重量.系统的难点是活塞杆的高速缓冲,采用了单腔单级锥形缝隙的缓冲装置.通过建立数学模型,利用Matlab软件对气液缸的缓冲装置进行了数字仿真.仿真结果表明:锥形缝隙的缓冲结构具有易加工,压力波动小,缓冲效果明显的优点.
A new type of ejection system, gas-liquid mixed cylinder hydrid power ejection system is presented. As the compact structure of the connection of accumulator and gas-liquid mixed cylinder, the size and the weight of the system could be effectively cut. The difficulty lies in the cushion of the piston pod of high speed. In order to overcome this problem, a structure of cushion with single cube, single level, cone gap is put forward. A Matlab simulation on the cushion process of the gas-liquid cylinder made after establishing the mathematical model of the system. The results reveal the advantages of the cushion structure with cone gap: easy machining, low press fluctuation and obvious cushion effect.
