碱/碱土金属盐对提质褐煤自燃倾向的影响

摘要 利用煤着火点测定仪和热重仪对添加碱/碱土金属盐制的提质褐煤着火点、燃烧特性进行分析,研究碱/碱土金属盐对其着火点、燃烧特性的影响。研究表明,碱/碱土金属盐对提质褐煤着火点有影响,按对抑制作用大小排序:MgCl2>CaCl2>Na2CO3>K2CO3;碱/碱土金属盐对提质褐煤燃尽段有促进作用,可以有效降低碳在灰分中的残余。 The ignition point and combustion characteristic of upgraded lignite with alkali/alkaline - earth metals salts were analyzed by coal fire point tester and TG - DTA instrument. The influences of alkali/alkaline - earth metals salts on its ignition point and combustion characteristic were studied. The results indicated that alkali or alkaline -earth metals salts could affect the ignition point of upgraded lignite, the inhibition effects presented as MgCl2〉CaCl2〉Na2CO3〉K2CO3. On the other hand, they also exhibited an accelerated effect on the combustion ending zone of upgraded lignite, which could reduce remnants in the ash contents effectively.
