摘要
以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,甲基磺酰氯和一甲胺气体反应,控制反应温度20~30℃,反应结束后,抽真空2h,10~15℃过滤,最后蒸馏二氯乙烷到残余溶剂检测合格,得到N-甲基甲磺酰胺成品,收率大于93%,含量大于99%。
Synthesis of N - methyl methanesulfonamide was achieved by reacting methanesulfonyl chloride and gas methylamine in 1,2 - dichloroethane as solvent and controlling temperature between 20 - 30℃. Gas bleeding was executed after reaction completed, then the reaction suspension was filtered. 1,2 -dichloroethane was recycled by distilling filtrate under vacuum. N - methyl methanesulfonamide was received by high vacuum. The yield of the destination product was more than 93%, and the purity was more than 99%.
