摘要
在弱酸性介质中,苯妥英钠与硝酸铅结合形成的离子缔合物导致体系的共振散射强度急剧增强,并产生特征散射峰,最强散射峰位于488 nm。在适宜的条件下,苯妥英钠浓度在1.25~32.5μg/mL范围内与体系散射强度的增加(ΔI)有良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.89μg/mL(3σ)。本法用于药物制剂中苯妥英钠的含量测定,操作简便、快速,灵敏度高。
An ultrasensitive resonance scattering (RS) spectral assay was proposed Tor detection of phenytoin sodium (PHS). It was based on that phenytoin sodium was combined with lead nitrate to form association particles, which exhibited characteristic resonance scattering spectra and the strongest peaks at 488 nm. Under suitable conditions, the increased value AI was linear to the concentration of phenytoin sodium in the range of 1.25 - 32.5 μg/mL and detection limit of 0. 89μg/mL(3σ). The method was simple, rapid and can be applied to the analysis of PHS in pharmaceutical preparation.
