摘要
建立了一种在同一色谱条件下测定48%甲·氰·莠WP混配制剂中各组分含量的分析方法。采用C18反相色谱柱进行分离、测定。结果表明:该方法所测在80~1800μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R在0.9995—1.0001。在30~100μg/L加标浓度范围内,回收率为97.1%~102.8%之间,测得加标的相对标准偏差0.1%~1.5%之间。该方法快速、简便、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of MCPA · cyanazine· ametryn 48% WP. The HPLC conditions were established by using C18 reversed phase column. Through separation and determination of liquid chromatography of the specimen of MCPA, cyanazine and ametryn, the analysis showed that good the linearity in the range of 80 - 1800 μg/L with the correlation coefficient between 0. 9995 - 1. 0001. THE average recoveries ranged from 97. 1% - 102. 8% with the relative standard (RSD) between 0. 1% - 1.5% at the spiking levels of 30 - 100 μg//L. The method had the advantages of convenience, fast speed, good separation, high precision and accuracy, and fine linear correlations.
