摘要
采用LUMiFuge稳定度分析仪测试了A类泡沫灭火剂的稳定性,探讨了不同表面活性剂配比、有机溶剂对该泡沫灭火剂稳定性的影响。结果表明:当两性、阴离子表面活性剂物质的量浓度相同或相差10%时,溶液体系不稳定,而当其物质的量浓度相差为20%时,A类泡沫灭火剂容易形成稳定体系,有机溶剂1,2-丙二醇和乙醇的加入有助于提高溶液体系的稳定性。
The stability of Class-A foam extinguishing agent is tested with LUMiFuge and the influences of different surface active agent matching and organic solvent on the stability of this foam extinguishing agent are discussed. As a result, it indicates that the solution system is instable when the molar concentration of the amphiphilic surfactant anti anionic surfactant is equal or different by 10%. However, Class-A foam extinguishing agent could easily form stable system when the difference in molar concentration is 20%. The addition of organic solvent 1 and 2-propylene glycol and ethanol is favorable for enhancing the stability of solution system.
