分离团注与单次团注技术在CT增强检查中的效果对比研究

Comparative study on effect of separated bolus injection technique and single bolus injection technique in enhanced CT examination

目的:探讨CT增强检查中分离团注和单次团注技术的应用效果。方法:选取我院2012年1月至2013年1月80例尿路造影行CT增强检查患者作为研究对象,随机分组。对比分离团注(观察组)和单次团注(对照组)技术的应用效果。结果:两组输尿管中下段及起始部CT值比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组膀胱及肾盂输尿管显影质量优率为77.5%,明显高于对照组的42.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:造影检查中分离团注技术对于输尿管扩张程度、显像长度及避免造影剂过敏反应等效果优于单次团注技术,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of separated bolus injectiori technique and single bolus injection technique in enhanced CT ex- amination, nethotls：A total of 80 cases selected urography enhanced CT examination as the research object ,were in our hospital from January 2012 to Jan- uary 2013 ,were randomly divided into separated bolus injection group（ group A ）and single bolus injection group（ group B ）, the application effect were compared. Results： Two groups of middle and lower ureteral and initial CT value had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Observation group selected ca- ses of bladder and renal pelvis and ureter development quality excellent rate was 77.5%, significandy higher than that in the control group（42.5% ）, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Bolus technique for ureteral dilation degree,length and avoid imaging contrast medium allergic reac- tion separation of angiography, occupy larger advantage, effect is better than single bolus technique,it is worth in clinical widely used.
