临床药师职业倦怠与应对方式相关性分析

The correlation analysis of job burnout and coping styles of the clinical pharmacists

目的:探讨药师职业倦怠与应对方式的关系,为医院管理提供依据。方法:采用应对方式问卷(CSQ)和工作倦怠感量表(MBI)对100名临床药师进行评定,数据均输入SPSS16.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果:临床药师轻度职业倦怠者占49.0%,中度倦怠者占29.0%,重度倦怠者占16.0%。不同职业倦怠临床药师CSQ评分存在显著性统计学差异(P<0.01);Pearson相关分析显示,MBI与CSQ存在相关性。结论:临床药师存在不同程度的职业倦怠感,积极应对方式教育能够降低职业倦怠,增强职业认同感。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between job burnout and coping styles of pharmacists, in order to provide the basis for the hospital management. Methods ：100 clinical pharmacists were researched by CSQ and MBI, all data was put into SPSS16.0 and was processed. Results： The clinical pharmacists with mild job burnout accounted for 49.0% ; the clinical pharmacists with moderate job burnout accounted for 29.0% ; the clinical pharmacists with severe job burnout accounted for 16.0%. The scores of CSQ were significant statistical difference among the clinical pharmacists who had different degree job burnout. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was relevance between MBI and CSQ. Conclusion ： The clinical pharmacists have different degree job burnout feeling, positive coping style education can reduce psychological health level can reduce job burnout, and enhance profes- sional sense of identity.
