Influencing factors and prevention of coagulation in continuous renal replacement therapy

摘要 连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)已成为危重病患者的重要治疗措施之一。管路凝血导致体外循环发生故障,严重影响治疗的连续性。了解滤器及管路过早凝血的机制有助于维持滤器的通畅和优化抗凝治疗的效果。本文综述影响CRRT治疗过程中影响凝血的因素及解决方案。 Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has been an important therapeutic approach in intensive care patients. Failure of extracorporeal circuit function appears most likely due to circuit clotting, which seriously affects the continuity of CRRT. Understanding the mechanisms involved in premature clotting of the filtration circuit is helpful to optimize anticoagulation and maintain filter patency. This review describes the influencing factors and prevention of coagulation in CRRT.
