心房颤动(AF)是临床常见的心律失常。近几十年来,随着人均寿命增加,AF发病率显著上升,且呈现出随年龄增长而增加的趋势。本综述回顾相关发病机制研究,重点分析各药物在AF治疗中的应用评价。

Atrial fibrillation （AF） is the most common arrhythmia in clinic. In recent decades, as the extended average lifespan, the incidence olAF is increasing with age. This review describes the mechanism of AF and evaluates the drug therapy in the treatment olAF.
