摘要
地方高校教师职业发展系统中存在行政部门主导目标制定、学校内沟通方式单一、教师持续发展动力不足、职业发展决策权集中于高层、团队合作成效较低等障碍。要重构该系统,需要建立自下而上的目标制定机制,构建信息自由的多向沟通模式,打造高效共享的教师合作团队以及搭建重叠联系的教师决策机构。
There exist some obstacles in teachers' occupation development system of local colleges and u- niversities. Administrative departments control the goals setting; communication modes in universities are one -di- mensional; teachers' sustainable development power is insufficient; decision -making rights about occupation de- velopment focus on high levels; and team cooperation has low effects. To reconstruct this system, the bottom - up mechanism of setting goals, the muhidirectional communication modes with freedom of information, the effective teachers' cooperation team and teachers' policy -making body should be built.
