新生儿听力筛查的影响因素与干预措施

Influence factors and intervention measures of newborn hearing screening

目的：探讨新生儿听力筛查的影响因素与护理干预措施，提高初筛通过率，降低复筛率。方法：选择我院2012年3月-2013年3月出生的9532例新生儿作为研究对象，针对新生儿听力筛查影响因素，实施相应的护理措施。结果：经过护理后使新生儿初筛通过率由80．54％提高至94．64％。结论：通过分析新生儿听力筛查的影响因素并实施干预措施，显著提高了初筛通过率，降低了复查率，提高了听力筛查的效率。

Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing intervention measures and influencing factors of newborn hearing screening, im- prove screening pass rate ,reduce the screening rate. Methods：Chose 9532 cases of newborn in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 as the research objects, the influence factors of neonatal hearing screening, the implementation of the corresponding nursing meas- ures. Resuhs：Mter nursing after the neonatal screening pass rate increased from 80.54% to 94.64%. Conclusion：Through the interven- tion of influencing factors of newborn hearing screening, significantly improve the screening pass rate, reduce the rate of reexamination, im- prove the efficiency of hearing screening.
