摘要 调试启动工作是核电工程项目总体进度控制中具有决定性作用的重要部分。该文对M310核电工程项目调试工期的制定原则及其影响因素作了介绍,通过对几种影响调试工期的主要因素进行研究,结合当前国内核电工程项目普遍存在的问题,提出了调试工期优化的策略。文中还对秦山二期扩建工程调试工期优化的实践和福清1号机组调试工期优化的思路作了分析,证明该文提出的优化策略的有效性。本文提出的观点对M310核电工程项目的调试进度控制有指导意义,对于后续核电工程项目的调试工期制定也有参考价值。 The commissioning Start--up work is play an important role in overall schedule control in M310 nuclear power engineering project.This paper introduced the formulate principals and influence factor of the commissioning time in M310 nuclear power engineering project,researched several major factors which influence the commissioning time, and combined with the common problems in current nuclear power engineering project, put forward the strategy of commissioning time optimization. The paper analysis the optimizational practical experience in QinShan Phase II Expansion Project and the optimizationsi conception in FuQiug Phase I Project, It demonstrated the availability of the optimizational strategy. The viewpoint is instructive in schedule control for M310 nuclear power engineering project,and it has reference value for formulate the commissioning time of the following projects.
