摘要
毕业生是高校的"产品",如何让他们"适销、畅销",成为各高校必须面对的严峻课题。广大高等教育工作者从人才培养模式、课程设置、教学方法等方面作了许多努力,但是目前还存在未能充分结合市场需求。因此,通过对GIS专业毕业生的就业情况的统计及学生在单位工作后的反馈意见,提出地理信息系统(GIS)专业人才培养目标应以人才的市场需求为基础,紧密结合市场,在符合GIS专业要求的前提下不断深化,即要有明确的专业特色,又要注重因材施教,这样才能使学生学到的知识更实用,更能满足人才市场所需。
Graduates of colleges or universities are the"products",but how to make them "marketable and best--selling'became the severe project for colleges or universities.The staff of colleges or universities have made a lot of efforts from the mode of the student trainlng,curriculum,methods and so on,which makes the graduates' knowledge structure,practical ability are more adapted to the marckets. The geographic information system (GIS) major should he based on the market demand basis by analyzing the employment situation of graduates and the feedback from the employer.The geographic information system (GIS)major should have a definite major characteristics setting,pay attention to personality and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
