乳腺癌根治术后放射治疗适应证、部位及技术的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 循证医学的Ⅰ类证据表明：在全身化疗的基础上,乳腺癌根治术后放射治疗（postmastectomyradiation therapy,PMRT）可以降低乳腺癌患者三分之二的局部复发率（local relapse rate,LRR）,并且LRR每降低20％,15年OS提高5％[1-3].虽然目前国际上对乳腺癌PMRT已达成了一定的共识,但对其适应证、部位及技术仍有很多争议,现就这些问题作一综述.
