年轻乳腺癌的临床病理学特征与治疗策略 被引量：8

摘要 目前对年轻乳腺癌的定义尚未统一,文献报道中年龄的分界从30 ～ 50岁不等,而其中以35岁及40岁作为分界值最为常见.在大型临床试验的数据分析中,一般采用10年为间隔对年龄进行分层,故此类资料一般以40岁来定义年轻乳腺癌,但在临床试验中若有采用5年为间隔进行分层分析,多提示≤35岁组的风险最高[1-2].据估计,2012年美国有226 870例新发浸润性乳腺癌患者,占新发癌症病例的29％,约有39 510例死于乳腺癌[3].
