摘要
本文报道采用ORION 940型离子酸度计,95-12型氨气敏电极,用直接测定法,快速、简便、精确地测定了山羊瘤胃液中的氨氮含量。
Orion 940 Expandable Ion Analyser and 95--12 Ammonia Electrode were used to directmeasurement of ammonia nitrogen content of goat ruminal fluid. The results show that thismethod is exact, quick, simple and convenient.
