消炎利胆胶囊制剂成型工艺及体外溶出速率研究

Study on Processing Technology and Dissolution Rate in Vitro for Xiaoyanlidan Capsules

以吸湿率和流动性为指标 ,筛选出消炎利胆胶囊的最佳辅料、制剂成型工艺 ,并对胶囊和片剂的崩解时限及溶出速率作一比较 ,同时测定了成品的临界相对湿度 ,为临床和大生产提供依据。

With the indexes of moisture absorption percentage and fluidity, we screened out the first rank excipient and processing technology of Xiaoyanlidan capsules, compared disintegrant and dissolution rate between capsules and troches, and determined environmental critical relative humidity of preparation in order to provide a basis for the clinic and the large scale production.
