摘要
在对宝钢烧结一次混合机扬尘现状和相关除尘治理技术进行分析的基础上,应用塑烧板除尘器进行了混合机扬尘治理的工业试验,而后提出了基于塑烧板除尘器的一次混合机除尘技术方案。该方案消除了粉尘粘附故障源,不影响主工艺系统生产,排放浓度≤10 mg/Nm3,具有设备运行可靠、结构简洁、烟气处理效率高、处理过程清洁、无二次污染等特点。现已应用于宝钢股份在建的600 m2周转烧结机。
Based on the analysis of current situation of primary mixer dust and related dust control technology of Baosteel sintering process,industrial test for control of mixer dust was conducted using sintering plate precipitator, and then the primary mixer dust control scheme based on the sintering plate precipitator was proposed. The scheme eliminates dust adhesion failure source without influencing the major process system production, the dust emission concentration is ≤ 10 mg/Nm3 , and the scheme has such characteristics as reliable equipment operation, simple structure, high efficiency of flue gas treatment, clean treatment process and no secondary pollution etc. Now, the scheme has been applied in Baosteel 600 m2 sinter machine which is under construction.
