摘要
对宝钢三烧结环冷机余热锅炉生产数据进行了测试与收集,在此基础上进行了热平衡计算,得出三烧结环冷机余热锅炉热效率为52.70%。进而就影响余热锅炉热效率的因素进行了分析并提出了相应的改进措施。
The production data of waste heat boiler for circular cooler of Baosteel No. 3 sinter machine were tested and collected. On this basis, the thermal balance calculation was conducted, and the result shows that the thermal efficiency of waste heat boiler for circular cooler of No. 3 sinter machine is 52. 70%. In addition, the factors influencing the thermal efficiency of waste heat boiler were analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
