摘要
对模块的一种失效模式提出了理论分析,并在分析的基础上对3块不同S O C状态的电池进行串联操作,并根据实际使用的状况对3串模块进行大电流放电测试,以此来模拟出实际的失效状态,并对失效电池进行分析,将解剖后的电池正负极以及隔膜进行分析,根据分析的结果对电池的分选配组以及电池管理系统提出相应的建议,希望以此来延长电池的使用寿命。
A theoretical analysis for lithium-ion power battery module was supplied. Based on the analysis, three different SOC batteries respectively connected in series were discharge with heavy current according to actual use condition to simulate the failure state. Dissecting the failure battery, the positive, negative and separator were analyzed. According to the results, in order to extend the life of battery, the battery classification and the battery manage system needs to be improved.
