摘要
针对混合动力汽车超级电容器组中单体电容性能差异造成的不利影响,设计了电容器组均衡系统。该系统采用单片机对单体电容参数进行实时精确采集,并对采集数据进行分析后确定均衡控制策略,再通过控制电路实现电容器组的均衡充放电。试验结果表明,该系统能够有效地弥补电容单体间的不一致性,充分发挥电容器组的最优性能,延长电容器组的使用寿命。
In view of the adverse effects caused by the performance inconsistency between individual super-capacitor, the equalization system was designed. The parameters of capacitor pack were real-time and accurately collected using a single-chip microcomputer. The equalized charging and discharging of capacitor pack was complied through control strategy after analyzing the parameters. The tests show that the system not only can assure the equalized charging and discharging of capacitors pack, but also can compensate the performance inconsistency among every individual super-capacitor, make fully use of the performance of capacitor pack and extend the service life.
