A new BF hearth lining structure

针对炭块-陶瓷砌体复合炉缸内衬存在的薄弱环节,研究开发了新型高炉炉缸复合内衬结构,其基本思路就是根据炉缸内衬各部位工作条件的不同,选择不同性能、不同档次的耐火材料,并搭接咬合砌筑,在满足高炉长寿的同时,又能避免耐火材料功能过剩,降低工程成本。

Aiming at the weakness of carbon-ceramic brick,a new BF hearth lining structure was put forward. The basic principle of the structure is to adopt different refractory according to the difference of working condition on each zone.
