摘要 利用粒子群算法对双稳态永磁机构参数进行最佳优化设计,并在此基础上研制了一种永磁机构智能控制器。该控制器利用TMS320F2812 DSP作为核心控制芯片,主要包括电源、微处理器系统、电容充电及电压检测电路、分合闸线圈控制电路、输入/输出单元、过压欠压监视、各种保护单元及GPRS通信等部分。通过光纤、无线实现远距离监控,零序电流保护可以区分区内、区外故障,遥控分合闸采用了防止误动作设计,提出保证IGBT并联电路可靠工作及避免影响手动分合闸的技术措施。通过Multisim软件仿真和实际测量波形进行比较,从而验证了设计电路的可行性。最后进行了工业现场实验,实验结果证明该智能控制器性能可靠、体积小,实现了对开关的智能化控制。 The optimal optimization design on parameters of bi-stable permanent magnetic actuator with particle swarm algorithm is given in this paper; and an intelligent controller is developed. The hardware design takes DSP TMS320F2812 as the master controller, including the power supply, microprocessor system, capacitor voltage detecting circuit, switch winding control circuit, input/output unit, over/under voltage monitoring, protection units, GPRS communication unit and so on. Remote distant monitoring can be realized by the use of optical fiber or wireless. Zero sequence current protection can distinguish inner and outer mistakes. Distant control operation is designed with measures to avoid mistakes. The technical measures are put forward to guarantee the reliable operation of IGBT parallel circuit and avoid the influences on manual switching operation. It is proved that the designed circuit is feasible by comparing actual measured data with results from simulation with multisim software. Finally, site tests show that the intelligent controller is reliable and smart, and show perfect performance on controlling switch intelligently.
