蒙药材金露梅的化学成分研究

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Fruticosa potentilla L.

本文对蒙药材金露梅的化学成分进行了研究.采用系统溶剂法、多种柱色谱法及半制备高效液相色谱法,对金露梅（Fruticosa potentillaL.）乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究.从金露梅中分离得到6个化合物,依次为β-谷甾醇（1）、对羟乙基苯酚（2）、异鼠李素（3）、槲皮素（4）、山奈酚（5）和没食子酸（6）.本论文分离得到的化合物1～6均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

To study the ethyl acetate extract of Fruticosa potentilla L systematically by using extraction and column chromatography （silica gel,sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,et al.）.Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction and identified as β-sitosterol （1）,4-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol （2）,isorhamnetin （3）,quercetin （4）,kaempferol （5） and gallic acid （6） by spectral data of UV,1H NMR and 13C NMR.All the compounds were isolated from Fruticosa potentilla L.for the first time.
