摘要
采用不同稀释倍数的废旧电池浸出液胁迫芫荽幼苗,测定叶片生理指标的变化,并用顶空固相微萃取与气质联用技术对芫荽叶中挥发性成分进行分析,研究废旧电池浸出液中重金属对芫荽幼苗生长及挥发性成分的影响。芫荽幼苗对废电池浸出液具有一定的抗性,高质量分数废电池浸出液对芫荽的生长有一定的抑制作用;不同稀释倍数的废电池浸出液对芫荽主要挥发性成分影响较大。结果显示废旧电池在水中渗出的化学物质对芫荽产生较大影响,降低芫荽的食用和药用价值。
In this study,the influence of waste batteries lixivium on the seedling growth and volatile constituents of Coriandrum sativum was assayed.Different concentrations of waste batteries leaching on the seedling growth were discussed.Volatile constituents of C.sativum were analyzed by head space solid-phase microextration (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS).The results indicated that C.sativum showed resistance to heavy metal pollution,but the high concentration of waste battery lixivium had the inhibitory effect on seedlings growth.The major volatile constituents of C.sativum changed greatly under heavy metal solution stress.Heavy metal leached by waste batteries had great effect on growth of C.sativum,reducing its value for food and medical purposes.
