摘要
以冻干的南极磷虾为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取南极磷虾虾青素,结合高效液相色谱法测定样品中虾青素的含量,以虾青素得率作为评价指标,考察了夹带剂(无水乙醇)用量,萃取压力和温度对虾青素提取效果的影响。实验表明,超临界CO2萃取南极磷虾虾青素的最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度60℃,夹带剂用量1.00 mL/g,萃取时间3.5 h。该条件下虾青素的得率为84.41±0.57%。建立多元逐步回归模型,得到最优模型为Y=4.896+4.984A+0.952C,结果显示夹带剂用量(A)和萃取压力(C)对虾青素的提取效果有着显著性影响。
Supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) extraction of astaxanthin from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba)was studied in this work.The content of astaxanthin in the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The extraction conditiom,including extraction pressure,temperature and the concentration of entrainer were investigated.The astaxanthin extracted from Antarctic krill was used as the evaluation indicator.The results showed that the highest extraction yield was 84.41 ± 0.57% using the optimized extraction conditions:35 MPa as extraction pressure,60 ℃ as extraction temperature,1.00 mL/g as the concentration of entrainer and with 3.5 h extraction.The stepwise regression analysis model was Y=4.896 + 4.984A +0.952C.The results showed that the concentration of entrainer (A) and extraction pressure (C) had significant effects on the extraction yield of astaxanthin.
