摘要
本研究采用正交试验设计法优选复方白花蛇舌草和半枝莲(质量比为1∶1)总黄酮的提取工艺,得到的最佳提取工艺为:用药材30倍量的70%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次2 h。实验表明本研究所优选的提取工艺方法简便,工艺可行性强。
The aim of this study was to optimize the extraction method of total flavonoids from the mixture of Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata （1∶ 1）.The optimum extraction technology of total flavonoids was determined by L9 （34） orthogonal design.The effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-material ratio,extraction duration and repeating times on extracting efficiency of total flavonoids were investigated.The results indicated that the optimum conditions were 70％ ethanol as the extraction solvent,30∶1 as the liquid-material ratio,with 2 h extractions,repeating for 3 times.The optimized extraction method was simple and highly feasible.
