介绍了利用火焰加工新能源—水电解氢氧气用于冶金企业连铸坯切割技术背景、使用状况及应用前景。概要地说明了水电解氢氧发生器的构造及工作原理。通过实际推广与使用证实 ,利用水电解氢氧气切割连铸坯具有显著的经济效益和社会效益以及广阔的推广应用前景。
The technical background, applying condition and application prospect of using oxy—hydrogen flame for the continuous cast products cutting are introduced. The constitution and the working principle of the electrolyzing water oxy—hydrogen generator are resumed. Application in reality proved that making use of the electrolyzing oxy—hydrogen flame for the billet cutting have great economic effect, social utility and spacious prospect.
