煤炭生产与经济增长和环境污染的关系研究:以山西省为例

Study on the relationship among coal production,economic growth and environmental pollution taking Shanxi province as an example

煤炭作为一种化石能源，对我国经济增长意义重大的同时对环境的影响也不可忽视。本文利用1991～2011年山西煤炭生产量、地区生产总值、国内生产总值及山西环境污染的数据，采用平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验的方法，对煤炭生产与经济增长和环境污染的关系进行了研究。结果表明：煤炭生产与山西经济增长、与我国经济增长、与山西环境污染之间均存在长期稳定的关系。具体来讲，存在煤炭生产与山西经济增长的双向因果关系；我国经济增长对煤炭生产的单向因果关系；煤炭生产对山西废气、二氧化硫、固体废物的单向因果关系。

As a kind of fossil energy ,coal is significant for China＇s economic growth meanwhile its influence on the environment cannot be ignored .Using the data of Shanxi coal production ,regional GDP , GDP and Shanxi environmental pollution ,this paper analyzed the relationship of coal production and economic growth and environmental pollution using the methods of stationarity test ,cointegration test and granger causality test .The results showed that the coal production has a long-term and stable relations with Shanxi economic growth ,China＇s economic growth and environmental pollution .Specifically ,there is the two-way causality between coal production and Shanxi economic growth ;China＇s economic growth has unidirectional causality to coal production ;Coal production has unidirectional causality to Shanxi waste gas , SO2 ,and solid waste .
