摘要
尾矿固结排放工艺要求在全尾砂料浆中添加一定比例的水泥,搅拌均匀后将其浓缩脱水,形成尾砂固结体,然后堆存在地表适当位置。以西石门铁矿全尾砂为实验原料,按灰砂比为3%添加水泥配制不同浓度的水泥-全尾砂混合料浆进行沉降特性的实验研究,分析了砂浆浓度、胶凝材料种类和胶凝材料水化程度对混合料浆沉降的影响规律。实验结果表明:①灰砂比3%的水泥-全尾砂混合料浆的沉降速度明显快于纯尾砂的沉降速度,通常在20min以内就可以接近最大沉降浓度和最大沉降容重;②水泥水化程度对混合料浆沉降有影响,提前加入胶凝材料可以减缓混合料浆的物料沉降速度;③全尾砂固化剂-全尾砂料浆的物料沉降规律与矿渣硅酸盐水泥-全尾砂料浆的物料沉降规律相似而与普通硅酸盐水泥的差异较大。
The cementation and discharging process of tailings is to add the cement of a certain ratio to the total fillings slurry ,stir uniformly ,concentrate ,dehydrate ,consolidate and pile on the ground surface . Taking the Xishimen iron ore full tailings as the research material and adding 3% cement to the full tailings , the experiments are carried to study on the settlement characteristics of different concentration total tailings slurry mixed with cement of different concentration and the law of the influence of the concentration of the fillings slurry ,category and hydration degree of cementitious materials on the settlement performance of the mixed slurry are analyzed .The results show that :a .the settling velocity of mixed slurry of 3% cement adding to the tailings is obviously faster than that of the total tailings slurry and both the settling density and the unit weight can reach a maximum in 20minutes ;b .the settlement of the mixed slurry is influenced by the hydration degree of the cement and the settling velocity can slow down by adding cementitous materials in advance .;c .the settlement law of total fillings slurry adding in total fillings curing agent has much similarities as that of the total fillings slurry adding in slag portland cement while much difference from that of the total fillings slurry adding in ordinary portland cement .
