摘要
借助辅助角和偏置摆动导杆机构最小传动角的位置,建立偏置摆动导杆机构解析方程,通过此解析方程很好地解决了偏置摆动导杆机构在解析设计时因找不到合适的解析方程而很难得到理想设计结果的问题。将推导出的偏置摆动导杆机构的设计计算公式应用于实例,经实践可得到满意的设计结果,应用MATLAB对实例设计计算结果进行运动仿真,并成功输出导杆的角加速度、角速度等随时间变化的曲线图,这些曲线图为分析偏置摆动导杆机构运动提供了又一途径。
With the auxiliary angle and bias swinging guide rod institutions having a minimum transmission angle position, the bias swing guide rod body analytical equation was established and solved well, the ideal design results is difficult to get to the appro- priate analytical equations as the bias swing guide rod institutions in the analytical design can not be obtained. When the derived bias swing guide rod mechanism design formula was applied in in- stances, the satisfactory design results can be obtained by practice. MATLAB was used to simulate example design calculation formula. The time varying curves as angular acceleration, angular velocity of the guide rod was output successfully, these curves can provide an- other approach for analysis of bias swing guide lever mechanism the movement.
