摘要
数控液压机具有广阔的市场发展前景,但我国的数控液压机产品与世界先进水平相比存在差距,主要体现在控制系统的可靠性和技术服务等方面,通过对远程监控诊断自控系统的研究,设计开发各种数控液压机的可视化远程故障监控诊断系统终端,可以异地、快速、准确地监控并诊断数控液压机故障,不但使数控液压机正常运转效率高,而且增强国产数控液压机在国际市场的竞争力。
NC hydraulic press has very broad prospect of the market, but there are still some differences between Chinese NC hy- draulic presses and the same kind of presses with the world ad- vanced level. These differences are basically including reliability and technical service. This article introduces designing and develo- ping some terminals of invisible remote fault monitoring and diagno- sis system which are based on the study of the remote monitoring and diagnosis self-control system. These system terminals can moni- tor and diagnose the faults of NC hydraulic press rapidly and accu- rately from different places. According to the system, NC hydraulic press can accomplish high efficiency, and further more enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese NC hydraulic press.
