中国共产党在不同历史时期提出的一系列关于改革的新思想、新观点,尽管各具其时代特点,但都既面向现实又围绕实践,构成了中国道路的理论和实践基础。这些具有时代背景的丰富论述,体现了中国共产党人"永不停顿"的进取精神,对我国社会主义现代化事业作出了符合实际的解答,给我国深化改革开放以重要启示。确立"不停顿"改革思维是深化改革的重要前提,确立正确的方向是改革取得成功的基本保证,理顺改革、发展和稳定的关系是改革顺利推进的基础条件,确立马克思主义群众观是深化改革的可靠基础。

The Communist Party of China （CPC） put forward of a series of new thoughts and idea of reform in different historical periods. Although the new thoughts and ideas get their own characteristics of times, they all face the reality and the practice, which consist of the foundation in theoly and practice of China road. These rich discourses with the background of times, embody the enterprising spirit of ＂never stop＂ of the member of the Communist Party of China, make a practical sQlution to the cause of the socialist modernization in China and provide important enlightenment for deepening the reform and opening up. The establishment of ＂non-stop＂ thinking of reform is an important prerequisite for reform. The establishment of correct direction is the basic guarantee for successful reform. Straighten out the relationship between reform, development and stability is the basic condition for the smooth progress of reform. The establishment of mass view of Marxism is the reliable basis for deepening the reform.
