高吸水保水材料对水泥浆体性能的影响

摘要 采用高吸水保水材料-聚丙烯酸钠对水泥浆体进行改性处理,对比分析了不同添加方式、不同掺量的聚丙烯酸钠对新拌水泥浆体的凝结时间、标准稠度用水量、流动度的影响,以及对硬化水泥浆体力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:聚丙烯酸钠增加了水泥浆体标准稠度用水量,降低了水泥浆体的流动度,以0.5%的聚丙烯酸钠溶液添加时,硬化水泥浆体28 d的抗折强度和抗压强度分别提高了1.13%和4.76%。而以颗粒形式添加聚丙烯酸钠时,硬化水泥浆体的强度低于以溶液添加方式的强度,且硬化水泥浆体的强度呈下降趋势。 Cement paste was modified by high absorption and retention material ( sodium polyacrylate).The setting time,water requirement of normal consistency and fluidity of cement paste were analysed respectively with different amounts and different ways of sodium polyacrylate, and mechanical properties of harden cement paste were studied respectively.The results showed that, water requirement of normal consistency of fresh cement paste was increased by sodium polyacrylate, and fluidity of fresh cement paste was also reduced, and the compressive strength of cement-based composite was improved by 4.76%, and the flexural strength of composite was improved by 1.13% on the 28th day, when the mixing amount of sodium polyacrylate solution is 0.5%.However, the strength of cement-based composite showed downtrend with the increase of the admixture of sodium polyacrylate particles.
