摘要
在实施《标准》的过程中,园本教研活动被认为是促进幼儿教师专业化成长的有效的途径。但是,当前园本教研活动中还存在研究主体地位不明、成果关联意识不强、考评制度不完善等问题。树立发展意识、完善园本教研制度、建立考评、激励机制是促进幼儿教师专业成长的有益尝试。
Kindergarten-based Teaching Research is an effective way to promote the pre-school teach-ers'professional development .But , .T he teachers as the dominant position on the activities of the teach-ing and research is uncertainty ,the awareness of the relationship betwean the experience and theories is not strong ,the evaluation system is imperfect .The thesis suggested a relaziation of development ,to im-prove the research system and establish the appraisal and incentive system .
