中西医结合治疗月经不调的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect on the Treatment of Menstrual Disharmony by Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:对中西医结合治疗月经不调的临床效果进行分析。方法:回顾性分析自2009年5月～2012年5月接受中西医结合治疗的80例月经不调患者的临床资料。结果:两组的治愈率和总有效率相比,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:月经不调为妇科临床的常见疾病,发病率高,对妇女是身心健康危害极大,中西医结合对月经不调进行治疗临床效果显著,具有较大的优势,具有临床推广的价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of integrative medicine on treating irregular menstruation. Methods：We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 patients of irregular menstruation, who were accepted integrative medicine treatment in author＇s hospital from May 2009 to May 2012. Results： We compared two groups, and conclude that there were significant differences in the total efficiency and recovery rate. Conclusions ： Irregu- lar menstruation is a common gynecological disease with a high incidence which will brings a great harm to the physical and mental health to women. Integrative medicine treated for irregular menstruation improved the therapeutic effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
