摘要
目的:探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养法建立大鼠高脂血症模型,分别灌胃给予LBP 60 mg/kg、30 mg/kg及辛伐他汀2 mg/kg。4周后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平。结果:与高脂血症模型组比较,LBP高、低剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDL-C则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:LBP能调节高脂血症模型大鼠血脂代谢水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化形成。
Objective :To study the effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on lipid metabolism in hyperlipi- demic rats. Methods:The rat model of hyperlipidemic was established by high - fat diet feeding. After 4 weeks, the grouped rats were given with LBP 60mg/kg, 30mg/kg and simvastatin 2mg/kg. At the end of 4 weeks, the abdominal aortic blood was collected and determined TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C. Results : Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, serum TC, TG, LDL - C of LBP 60mg/kg and 30mg/kg group decreased significantly (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ) , HDL - C significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: LBP could adjust the level of lipid metabolism of rat model of hyperlipidemia, delay atherosclerotic formed.
