摘要
穿透深度是反应器研究中一项很重要的内容 ,利用水模型实验考察了圆射流与平面射流冲击熔池时的穿透深度 ,通过理论分析和计算分别给出了它们的相关准数表达式 :圆型射流的穿透深度H/d0 =1.79(Re) 18(Fr) 14 ;平面射流的穿透深度 Hde=1.4Re12 0 Fr12 We15。并得出在出流面积、出流速度、射出距离相同的情况下 ,并保证一定的厚度 ,平面射流的穿透深度比圆型射流的穿透深度要大 ,这为将平面射流应用到冶金工业上提供了理论指导。
The penetration depth has significant on the study of reactor.Based on the water model experiment,this paper has investigated the penetration depth of circular cross-section jet and flat jet and these penetration depth empirical equation has been obtained as follow. Circular cross-section jet:H/d 0=1.79( Re ) 18 ( Fr ) 14 ; Flat jet :Hd e=1.4 Re 120 Fr 12 We 15 According to the experiment result,the conclusion has been got that when the flat jet thickness is enough thick and that the area and velocity of outlet and jet distance are identical the penetration depth of flat jet is greater than that of circular cross-section jet.This is beneficial to draw flat jet into metallurgy industry.
