摘要
侧重介绍了用草酸溶液从负载钕的 P2 0 4中直接反萃取沉淀草酸钕的小型试验与台架试验结果。用 0 .2~ 0 .4 mol/ L的草酸溶液与 c(钕 ) =0 .0 6 2~ 0 .138mol/ L的有机相混合 15min,剩余草酸在 0 .11~ 0 .2 2 mol/ L范围内 ,钕的一步反萃取率为 99.5%。在相同条件下 ,各种稀土元素的反萃取次序是 :轻稀土 >中稀土 >重稀土。用自行研制的三相反萃取槽可实现连续逆流反萃取 ,级效率达 99.5%。
The results of laboratory test and bench test of direct stripping precipitation of neodymium oxalate from P204 loading neodymium are introduced.The one stage stripping rate of Nd was 99.5% when 0.2~0.4 mol/L oxalic acid solution was mixed with organic phase,in which Nd 3+ concentration was 0.062~0.138 mol/L.At the same conditions,the sequence of rare earth elements being stripped was light rare earths>medium rare earths >heavy rare earths.Continuous countercurrent stripping was carried out with self designed triphase stripping tank.
