摘要
研究了氟硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物和纯丙烯酸酯聚合物粘合剂的化学组成,测试了其在涂料印花应用性能的差异,探讨了氟硅改性粘合剂质量分数、焙烘时间、焙烘温度等因素对真丝织物涂料印花性能的影响。结果表明,利用氟硅改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂进行涂料印花效果更好,随氟硅单体质量分数的增加,印花织物的手感越好,但当氟硅质量分数增加到10%后,手感不再提升,氟硅链段的分子量也会影响印花织物的手感。在粘合剂质量分数35%,焙烘时间4 min,焙烘温度140℃的工艺条件下,所得印花织物干摩擦色牢度可达4~5级,湿摩擦色牢度可达3级,K/S值可达13.5以上,硬挺度较小,手感柔软。
This paper studies the chemical constitution of acrylate polymer with fluorosilicone modification and pure acrylate adhesives,tests their differences in application performance in pigment printing and discusses the influence of mass fraction,baking time and baking temperature of fluorosilicone modification adhesive on pigment printing performance of silk fabrics.The result shows that using crylate polymer with fluorosilicone modification adhesive for pigment printing has a better effect;with the increase of mass fraction fluorosilicone monomer,printed fabrics have better hand feeling;however,when the mass fraction of fluorosilicone increases to 10%,the hand feeling no longer improves;the molecular weight of fluorosilicone chain segment also influence the hand feeling of printed fabrics.Under process conditions when mass fraction of adhesive is 35%,baking time is 4min and baking temperature is 140 ℃,the fastness to dry rubbing of printed fabrics can reach grade 4 ~ 5,the fastness to wet rubbing can reach grade 3,K / S value can reach over 13.5 and printed fabrics obtained have a low stiffness and soft hand feeling.
