氨纶丝重复拉伸性能的测试与模型分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究氨纶丝的反复拉伸性能,利用电子单丝强力仪对纤度为33.3 dtex的氨纶丝进行不同定伸长率、不同拉伸次数条件下的重复拉伸试验,并对测试指标进行分析,建立回归方程。分析表明:当氨纶丝的定伸长率较小时,拉伸次数的增加对氨纶丝这种弹性材料的破坏并不显著。相比增加拉伸次数的效果,增加定伸长率带来的氨纶丝弹性性能的变化效果要显著得多,建议氨纶丝在产品检验中,应增加定伸长率为300%~400%的重复拉伸性能指标,使用过程中也要控制定伸长率在300%~400%,以保证后期使用过程中产品质量的稳定。 To study the repeated stretch property of polyurethane filament,this paper conducts repeated stretch test on polyurethane filament with fineness 33.3 dtex using electronic monofilament strength tester under different specified elongation rates and different stretch times,and then,analyses the testing indexes and establishs the regression equations.The analysis shows that,when the specified elongation rate of polyurethane filament is low,the increase of stretch times does not have significant damage on flexible material polyurethane filament.Compared to the effect of increasing stretch times,increasing the specified elongation rate has much more significant effects on the change of elastic property of polyurethane filament.It is recommended to repeated stretch property index of specified elongation rate 300% ~ 400% in product inspection of polyurethane filament and control the specified elongation rate within 300% ~ 400% in the use process so as to ensure the stability of product quality in later use process.
