摘要
小型轧钢厂的530轧钢机减速机投入使用后,早期出现点蚀、断齿失效,冲击响声大,齿轮温度偏高。本文经理论计算,分析原因,提出了提高齿轮寿命的措施。
After the gearbox for 530 rolling mill was applied in Guang Zhou Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., it was early found that there are spot - erosion, tooth breakage and failure, the impact with a loud noise and the exorbitant temperature of ihe gear wheels. In this paper, the measures of improving the gear wheels'life which are based on calculation and analysis are put forward.
