民国时期文献保护与开发工作研究——以黑龙江省图书馆为例

Protection and the Development of the Literatures of the Republic of China——A Case Study of Heilongjiang Provincial Library

民国时期文献是我国历史文化宝库中的重要组成部分,图书馆作为人类文明和社会发展的保存者以及见证者,有责任保护、整理和开发这些弥足珍贵的"文化遗存"。黑龙江省图书馆从自身职能出发,对民国时期文献的保护和开发进行了有益尝试,并打下良好的基础。同时,积极参与文化部启动的"民国时期文献保护计划",对省内民国时期文献的保护工作进行了充分的研究和探讨,希望通过科学、合理的手段对珍贵文献进行保护和开发。

The literatures of the Republic of China is an important part of history in the cultural treasure-house of our country. Li- braries as the preservation of human civilization and social development as well as the witness, have the responsibility to protect, consolidate and develop these ＂precious culture relics＂. From the function itself, the Heilongjiang Provincial Library has carried a useful attempt for the protection and development of the literatures of the Republic of China, and laid the best foundation. At the same time, it actively participates in ＂the protection program of the literatures of the Republic of China＂ launched by the Ministry of Culture, and researches and discusses the proteetion work of the literatures of the Republic of China within the province, hoping to protect and develop these precious literatures through scientific and reasonable means.
