摘要
论文以深圳图书馆的城市街区24小时自助图书馆2012年度在宝安区的运营服务数据为基础,结合宝安区图书馆直属分馆的运营服务数据,对自助图书馆的服务效益进行了分析,对未来建设的申报程序、申报现场标准和服务功能提出了建议,同时在运营管理方面提出了加大服务宣传力度、出台运营绩效评估办法、合理调整布点等建议。
This paper chooses the 24-hour self-service library of the city blocks of the Shenzhen Library of Bao'an District as a study case. Combined with the service data of the branch libraries of the Bao'an Library, the self-service library service benefits are analyzed. The reporting process of the future construction, the reporting standards and functions are proposed. Finally, several proposals in the operation and management are put forward: such as to increase publicity, to introduce the operation performance evaluation measures, and rationally change the layout, etc.
