摘要
用自组装的氧化物 Zr O2 (Mg O)固体电解质电解脱氧装置 ,研究了 142 3~ 1873K范围内铜液和钢液的脱氧反应 ,并对其脱氧反应机制进行了讨论。结果表明 :氧含量为 0 .45 %的铜液 ,经本装置脱氧 70 m in后 ,氧含量可降到 0 .0 3% ,脱氧率达 90 % ;氧含量为 0 .0 0 18%的钢液 ,经本装置脱氧 2 0 min后 ,氧含量可降到 0 .0 0 0 2 % ,脱氧率大于 90 %。这充分证明了该固体氧化物电解质电解脱氧装置的可用性。
The electrolyzing deoxidization of metallic solutions by (MSZ) solid electrolyte apparatus was studied in the temperature rang of 1 423~1 873 K. The mechanism of the deoxidization was discussed. The feasibility of the solid oxide electrolyte apparatus made by authors has been very well verified by these experimental results. The oxygen content in the Cu solution can be reduced to 0.03 % from 0.45 % within 70 min, the deoxidization efficiency reaches 90 %, the oxygen content in the Fe solution can be reduced to 0.000 2 % from 0.001 8 % within 20 min, the deoxidization efficiency reaches above 90 %.
