基于CNKI数据库的中医治疗过敏性疾病文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Allergic Disease

目的:分析国内发表的中医治疗过敏性疾病的文献报道及发展趋势,为本领域科研人员提供参考。方法:以CNKI数据库为资料来源,从文献计量学角度对建国以来国内期刊收录的中医治疗过敏性疾病的文献进行分析,从发表年度、文献来源、文献类型、作者单位、基金资助等几方面进行统计,初步研究与分析本领域的科研状况。结果:截止至2011年12月31日,共检索到相关文献890篇。文献数量从2000年以后呈快速增长趋势;发表文献10篇以上单位共8所,最多达到77篇;文献以临床研究报告为主,占62.36%;受各级科研基金资助文献占1.69%;文献被引用频次总体偏低,65.28%为零引用。结论:中医治疗过敏性疾病的临床和科研工作尚有待加强。应在逐步提高文献报道数量的同时,着重于提升文献质量。

Objective： To analyze the literature about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic diseases pub- lished in China and the development tendency. Methods： The papers relevant to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic diseases included in CNKI database were statistically analyzed from the aspects of publishing year, document sources,document types,authors and research funds with bibliometrics method. Results： We acquired 890 papers pub- lished before 31 st in 12,2011, and found the amount of papers increased gradually, especially after 2000. 62.36% of the papers were clinical research papers. Papers supported by research funds had the percentage of 1.69% in all the litera- ture. The literature had low citation frequency totally. 65.28% of the papers had never been cited. Conclusion： The re- search and clinical work of treatment of allergic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine have been paid close attention in recent years. While the quantity is improving, the improvement of literature quality should be emphasized.
