中国古代阅读疗法案例评析

Analysis of Selected Cases in Ancient Chinese Reading Therapy

阅读疗法是一门新兴的边缘交叉学科,在国外已有近百年的研究历史,在中国的研究却只有30多年。中国人独特的心理模式和情感特征使阅读疗法在中国的发展具有得天独厚的优势,作为费用低廉、操作方便、契合民族心理的一种心理治疗方法,阅读疗法无疑有着广阔的发展前景。中国古代文献中关于阅读疗法的案例十分丰富,选择中国古代文献中关于阅读疗法的部分论述及相关案例,从中医心理学角度出发,按照移情易性、暗示、澄心静志、读经参禅等不同的治疗方法进行了归纳整理评析。

Reading therapy has nearly a hundred years of research history abroad as an emerging edge interdiscipli- nary, but related research in China lasted only thirty years. Reading therapy has unique advantages because of Chinese special psychological model and emotional characteristics, as a kind of low - cost, easy - operate, fit - national - psy- chology psychological treatment, it will undoubtedly has broad prospects for development. In ancient Chinese literatures, there are many cases of reading therapy. This article selected some ancient Chinese comments and cases about reading therapy, classified them from different psychological treatments such as temperament transition, suggestion,etc, and stud- ied them from the aspects of traditional Chinese medical psychology.
