不同产地白术小肠推进作用比较研究

Comparison Experiment on Intestine Propelling Effect of Atractylodes macrocephla with Different Origins

目的:比较不同产地白术对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠小肠推进试验,在优化的实验条件下,以墨汁在小肠内推进的距离与小肠总长度的比值为指标,对不同产地的白术水提液进行药效比较。结果:10种不同产地的白术小肠推进功效差异明显,其中以安徽亳州所产白术小肠推进功能最优。结论:采用小鼠小肠推进试验能够用于评价白术促进小肠推进的作用。

Objective ：To compare the effect of Atractylodes macrocephla on intestine propelling function in mice. Meth- od ： The experiment of intestine propelling was applied in mice. Under the optimal conditions, the travelled distance of ink along the small intestine was measured to evaluate the effect of Atractylodes macrocephla. Results ：Atractylodes macrocephla from different origins showed obvious difference in intestinal propelling effect, and Atractylodes macrocephla from Anhui Bozhou proved to be the best. Conclusions：This established method can objectively evaluate the effect of Atractylodes mac- rocephla on promoting small intestine propelling function in mice.
